The current organization had its first official meeting on July 27, 2003, building on membership from previous area S-Gauge groups. Since then, the Pittsburgh S-Gaugers have been active in promoting S-Gauge model railroading in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region.
We generally meet at least twice a month – once at a member’s home or at another location. We discuss the latest in S-Gauge developments, share our layout and tech projects AND, of course, run our trains. The second meeting is a Coffee and Trains (CAT) meeting held on a week night at a Pittsburgh area restaurant. When one or more of the club layouts is being shown at a local or regional train show, such as the Greenberg’s Train and Toy Show, this event may be substituted for our regular monthly meeting.
For more information about our events, be sure to check the calendar on the right-hand side of the home page. This is updated on a regular basis. We’d love to meet you!
